Cake decorating is something I fell into. My background is in the sciences and engineering, and I used to bake and decorate cakes as an escape and as a creative outlet. It didn't take to long for the balance to shift and now I am privileged enough to be able to immerse myself in the amazing and limitless world of edible artistry... I learn so much every day! There are so many amazing, beautiful and simply jaw-dropping masterpieces to aspirer to, and so many amazing amazing people in this unique community of artist.
