I am a self taught sugar artist and I love working with fondant and edible images. I had a very successful business in Brooklyn, NY selling customized cookies, but since moving to my new location I've decided to downsize a bit. At the present time I have a small pastry business and I also work for a bakery in Brooklyn, designing customized edible images for cakes, cookies, etc. I love creating decorated cakes for friends and family and I might add those to my shop menu in the future.
