Proud owner and cake decorator of Sweet Cleef Cakes bakery in the Netherlands since 2010. We have a small staff of 4 dedicated people and 2-3 interns every year.
We predominantly make all types of fondant (wedding) cakes, sugar flowers, cupcakes, cookies, cakepops and sweet tables. We also do diffrent workshops( intermediair to advanced); for children's birthdays, stag/hen parties, or business party's.
I started( in my kitchen) when I got sick and couldn't do my regular job as international client service manager. I loved to cook and bake, but it definitely started as a hobby and grew so fast into what we do today! I so love my job, and after 9 years I'm still learning and get challenged with all the different types of orders we get.
