I run a home based baking business from my kitchen in Hitchin in Hertfordshire. I set it up in 2010 as a business that I could run and develop whilst caring for my young son and daughter.
I started off doing birthday cakes, cupcakes and biscuits and now also do wedding cakes and favours. I have also set up a cupcake workshop to teach other people how to learn basic and more advance skills for decorating cupcakes and biscuits.
