I make celebration cakes for all occasions to your own particular requirements. I specialise in creating very realistic fine sugar flowers and teaching others to make simple wired sugar flowers too. I run Sugarcraft day courses from my home, where you can learn how to make sugar flowers, ice cakes or enjoy themed cup cake decoration. As with many of us, I began cake making years ago when my children were young. Now they are all grown up with their own families I have time to persue my passion for making beautiful flowers and icing cakes. I work in both fondant and royal icing but love making sugar flowers that look almost real.
