I first got into caking because of my children. The first fondant cake I ever attempted was for my first born's 3rd birthday (a practice cake). And my first tiered cake was for my children's joint 3rd and 1st birthday bash. That got me hooked, and the rest was history.

Giving up my heels and blazers for now eggs and flour, I am excited to see what the future holds for me. I am mostly self taught and I enjoy producing cakes that leaves a smile on the recipients' faces for a long time!
