At the end of 2015 I constructed my first gingerbread house ever. Looking for more decoration techniques, I stumbled upon the world of cookie decoration, and got totally absorbed by it.
Royal icing and, since about a year now, isomalt are my two favorite mediums to decorate. I love to think of how to do things in a different way, to create new techniques, like creating intricate stained glass effect with isomalt, etc.
For now cookie decoration is just a creative outlet for me...
In 2016 I've been finalist of the Cake Masters Cookie Award and won the Cookie Connections's Cookie Artist award in 2017.
