I decided to take a cake decorating class at the local Career Development Center, simply to learn how to do roses. After the first few weeks, I wanted to learn SO MUCH MORE!!! I was addicted to cakes!! That was 2006, I've been on the path to learn as much as I can for as long as I can ever since!
