Hi friends, I am Shalini from India. I am a food technologist turned to baker and cake artist.
It’s been 6 years since I found my passion in baking and cake art. As most home bakers it all started with baking for friends and family. There is still so much to learn and experiment in cake decorating. Every day is a new day and new challenge. Recently I finished Diploma in pastry in kochi (India) to further pursue my passion in Baking.
