I am a self taught decorator and baker. I bake all my cakes from scratch because I like to know what I am feeding my family and my customers. I use natural flavors (no Jello, etc) and I also offer specialty cakes for gluten free, sugar free, etc eating needs. I love decorating and would love to be able to hire someone to do the baking one day! LOL baking is not my passion, but making delicious, real food is. That is why I go through the trouble of making things from scratch instead of using a mix. I am a work from home mom with 4 kids, so we lead a busy life!
