I am a relative new comer to cake decorating and am self taught, mostly through You Tube and Google! From what I have seen, the hobbyist cake decorator is amazing and the standards are mind blowing. I have no desire to go into the business of cake decorating but just love the craft. So family and friends are very lucky as I am just looking for an excuse to bake and decorate! :)
