I run a small NUT FREE cupcake and cake company in Caledonia Ontario, Canada. I started baking after my niece was diagnosed with a life threatening peanut allergy. My family had such a difficult time finding a nut free bakery that made the kind of sweets that little girls love! So, what started as a way to make sure my niece didn't feel left out turned into a great opportunity to find my creative side!
