Hi. I am a self taught hobby baker. I have been making cakes for friends and family for 2 yrs and have always wanted to start my own little cakery from home. I've never been confident enough to try but have recently got my kitchen passed and I'm about to take the plunge. I have my first cake stall at a christmas fayre in November. 😱
