I have always had a interest in cake decorating. My daughter bought me a Wilton Cake Course Class for Mothers Day 2011. Needless to say it has bloomed into an obsession with cakery and desserts. When I am not at my full time job, I am in the kitchen or online looking for an idea for my next creation and admiring my cake friends latest masterpiece. I enjoy cooking and entertaining in our home.
