I was born on 1975 in Turkey.
I have studied Businees Administration at Middle East Technical University. Althoug I met with sugar paste on 2011 my love and interest for food and design was from an early age. Since 2011 I spent years learning the basics of cake decorating and taking classes from world famous sugar artist such as Jacqueline Buttler, Faye Cahill, Sharon Wee and Carloss Lichetti.
On 14th International Gastronomy Festival I won two medals; one Silver on ‘Wedding Cake Category’ and one Bronze on Celebration Cake Category in 2016.
More recently, I share my skills and knowledge at my workshop, ‘’Pastölye’’ in İstanbul; Turkey.
