I’m an EMT by trade but I LOVE to bake! And I love a challenge! Baking was never a "Life Goal" for me but I'm a Creative Junky, so I decided to put my love for Play-Doe to good use and become a Cake decorator! And NO I never ate it...but I did try a mud pie once, I can still taste it...SO NOT a good idea. Any who, I try to NEVER repeat a cake creation, I think they should be personal (and I get bored EASILY making the same cake) and will try almost anything in cake except what I call “Nasty Cakes”, don’t do those so don’t ask.
