I am a mum of two working part time for a local charity. I recently set up my own business selling my cakes & bakes from home. My kitchen is registered with the Local Authority and I have been inspected by Environmental Health and awarded a rating of 5.
My cakes are far from perfect and I am most certainly learning as I go along! I love to bake and create special cakes for others :)
