I am 47 and a self employed part time fully registered cake maker and decorator. I love making cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I have been self employed for 16 months now and I am enjoying the different cakes I get asked to make for customers as well as the various cakes my grandchildren ask for when its thier birthdays.
