I love making cakes since a child , I like trying out new recipes and find new combinations of flavors . When I discovered the sugar paste I have also started to experiment with new decorations , always trying to keep the taste of the sweet of the Sicilian tradition combined with new techniques of decoration of anglo-saxon origin. I put a lot of passion in my work and I love to cook especially the cakes for children , to see the amazement on their heppy faces!
