My Day job is Collection Manager. I love to do cakes I worked with Buttercream in the 70's. I did a lot of wedding cakes, but after going to work I have not done anything in years. I recently became interested in Fondant an I love to work with it. I am just beginning and have a lot to learn. I enjoy looking at the beautiful cakes on this site.I retired so maybe more cake and flower time! Update I am RETIRED! YEA
