I started on my cake decorating journey 2 years ago after always admiring and in awe of all the beautiful celebration cakes available.
After enrolling on a local course, I picked up the basics and just wanted to know more and more. I believe now that I have these skills that every cake I make is still a learning curve and strive to get better.
There's nothing better than exceeding someone's expectations, and seeing the look on their faces.
