I've been making cakes professionally for almost four years. I love simple, clean designs, but also like getting really creative and painting on cakes. I love the more 'alternative' cakes but very rarely get asked to make them!
I'm Mum to two kids, youngest just getting ready to start school full time, so I'm looking to go back to work outside of the home (need some adult company!) but still plan to take on cakes when I can - have quite a lot of regular customers who refuse to let me go completely!
Hope you enjoy looking at my little cakes - some of the pics are quite old so please excuse the naked boards (I gasp in horror now!!) which I never do now! :/
