My grandfather was a baker for over twenty years and had two shops. He was amazing. Unfortunately he died before I realised I wanted to do it so I self taught myself in March 2012, launched my little business part time in June 2012 and stopped working full time to do this full time instead. I've never been happier I absolutely love it :-) I dream of cakes and one day would love to open my own little tea and cake shop
