Originally from Canada, I moved to Northern Ireland 8 years ago. I am self taught and have been baking and decorating cakes for 20 years as a hobby. I do cakes for friends, family, work colleagues and often get asked to do cakes by way of word of mouth.
I got inspired when I started to bake for my kids school parties, fundraising, birthdays Etc. And fell in love with this medium and the endless creation possibilities.
