My major in college was interior design and I worked in the furniture industry till one day In July of 2012 my son (who works for Micheal's Crafts) bought me a Wilton Tool Kit for my birthday, I had done a small amount of decorating years ago while in college but suddenly now that I had this kit in hand I had an itch to learn more so off I went and signed up for my first Wilton class....well, never did expect the rest to follow. This kit opened a whole new door in my life, not only did I take all 4 Wilton Classes, I and a proud graduate of Escoffier Culinary Academy; both Pastry Arts and Culinary. I am now also a very proud member of the Whole Foods Market Team where I am a cake decorator. Over the past 18 months I have been extremely busy finishing up school and now that I have graduated it's time to get my hands back into the gum paste....Strange how one little kit can change your whole life.
