Hi,
I am a cake decorator based in Berkshire. I work full time in an office and make my cakes in the evenings and at weekends.
I was originally City & Guilds trained in the late 1990's when my two children were small but had to give up cake decorating when they went to school and I went back to work.
I picked up my tools again for the first time about two years ago. In those two years I have learnt so many new skills and have met and become friends with some wonderful fellow cake decorators :)
