I took the Wilton series a couple years ago to make cakes for my kids and I just love this form of art. I am happy just trying to make replicas of anything I see. Ther are so many techniques that are amazing I want to try them all before settling into my own style. Some techniques I see but don't know the name or where to find tutorials.
My children are 2 & 4 so I have many years of cakes to make.
