I am a hobby baker and decorator....I love it so much and I find it relaxing! Yes, I said relaxing! Enjoying the look on someone's face when I have created just what they were thinking of is pretty cool I must say. My husband and son are simply amazing and they have learned to grab food and get out of the way when I am "creating" in the kitchen and oh yes...DO NO TOUCH THE CAKE! I am looking forward to learning a lot from everyone on the site and sharing my little cakes and checking out all of yours.
