My journey into cake decorating started when I was a child, experimenting and making cakes for family. At school I gained the opportunity to work in a designer cake shop as work experience. Years later I returned to cake decorating when making cakes for my daughter’s birthdays and for friend’s children.
Autumn 2012 saw the opening of my own cake studio in the centre of St Helens. Enabling me to grow from kitchen table baking to supplying Merseyside with bespoke cakes for their events.
