How can you not pursue what you're passionate about? I'm a self taught as well as PME certified cake decorator. Passion for home baking originated from growing up in NZ, hospitable culture with lots of baking in the family and circle of friends;quiches, tarts, to cakes, cookies, muffins. Now living in The Netherlands where bakeries are full of lucious sweet things, nothing beats a cake made from scratch. Also to put what someone visualizes into reality, not only making it beautiful but also delicious for any occasion.
