Ljiljana Ramjanc, Wilton method Instructor, Cake Designers World Championship finalist. Ever since childhood,i was been surrounded by desserts. Me family of confectioners always devoted to work and creativity has acted as a role model. After primary education, i was graduated as a soloist from music school, since the love for art and music has always been my inspiration. However, the work of my parents and brother once again inspired me and i decided to turn to the family business and dedicate all my energy to it. I was specialized in cake decorating and finished The Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art in 2007 in Chicago USA. As the best student in the class, i was invited to participate in the Food Network Cake Challenge, but i was not able to take part because my stay in the USA was limited by my visa. Afterwards, i continued my education in The Netherlands and became a Wilton Method Instructor in 2009. In 2013, the world-renowned Dutch confectioner Rudolf Van Veen personally invited me to take part in a competition for the best decorated cake he along with the 24Kitchen channel organized in Belgrade, Serbia, where i was a finalist. I am decorated over 100 000 cake in my career so far using all famous cake decorating techniques by hand, with working with cream and icing being my favourites. My greatest passion and expertise is the Joseph Lambeth cake technique, thought to be one of the most difficult decorating techniques.
