Robert Flavios is a Visual Merchandiser Manager and a Pastry Cake Decorator. He worked as a visual merchandiser and window display designer in New York for 34 years before pursuing a course in pastry cake decorating and baking at The Wilton School of Cake Decorating & Confectionery Art and at the Heny Sison Culinary School in the Philippines.
His love for travel, fashion, nature and design is very visible in his creations. He started in a different profession but he cannot deny that cake decorating and baking is his true love.
He grew up in the kitchen as eager assistants to his mom, his edible memories a true, personal story from the experience. He have always loved baking for his family, friends and co-workers. His love for baking goes back a long time since he was a little kid his mom she really like to bake he was right there in the kitchen with her, excited and eager to learn.
It’s a passion he had forever. His mom who people knew as Mang Badi or Lola Badi in San Fernando, taught him how to make the Ensaymada, cakes and other pastries. Based in his hometown of San Fernando, Pampanga, his business is born and sharing his creative artistic ideas have made the clients smile and their face lights up with joy at the sight of their cake.
