I started cake making at a very young age, being artistic, I was always asked to decorate family Christmas cakes.
Following a degree in animation, where I found my love for model making, I started creating cakes for family and friends, word got around and I've turned my hobby into a career.
I love creating cake sculptures and teaching others to do the same.
