My name is Emma De Frenza, passionate about art in all its forms. After a great experience in the world of baroque music, as a lyric soprano, I approached the world of pastry two years ago. The ice was my first love and, as I experiment with the other techniques, I understand how big this world really is. The beauty of cake design lies in the possibility of being able to express itself also with sugar. After the third place in the Puglia Cake Festival of 2018, I became regional champion, during the selection for the FIPGC 2019 national championship. Beyond the results obtained, getting involved, going beyond one's means, is the most challenging great, that an artist can have with himself.
