I graduated from high school for confectioner and chef in 1995, my last year at the university for engineer technologist for bakery, confectionery and chocolate products. This is my passion . In the beginning I baked mainly for my family and friends, but over the years I decided to make a career and make more people happy with my creations. I love to dig, to create new recipes to do this and for me it is not only a job, but also a way to see happiness in the eyes of my customers when they receive their orders.
Each subsequent cake is a new challenge and in each of them I put a piece of my heart.
