Like so many others my business started purely as a hobby born from pinching my mums copy of cake decorating magazine. I brought it home, read it, made some cupcakes and biscuits with the butterfly cutter supplied and the rest, as they say, is history.
I practised for friends and family and when I was asked to make a wedding cake I stepped back, assessed the situation, got insurance and the council came to assess my premises.
I absolutely adore my job and hope it comes across in my work.
