I grew up watching my mom cooking and baking cakes and other sweet creations... I loved feeling their fragrance spreading through my home.
I started baking since I was a child. While my friends were buying girly-magazines, I used to read cooking magazines, waiting for every opportunity to make a cake for a special occasion or for a simple Sunday dessert, it doesn't matter... preparing cakes relaxes me, it's a great anti-stress!
When I approached the cake design and sugar art, it was love at first sight!
Seeing what can be arise from a simple stick of white sugar is absolutely amazing. With passion, dedication and a lot of creativity can come out masterpieces of sugar. So I read, study, research and try ever-new techniques to improve myself every day!
