I'm an ICT Co-ordinator at a city high school who discovered the pure pleasure of creating cakes for my children. I only started using fondant about 3 years ago as I thought that was just for the professionals. So wish I had started working with it sooner! I'm learning all the time and hope one day soon to start my own business.
