I started 17 years ago. I have always liked the crafts, but one day watching a TV program of cake decoration, I felt in love with what I saw and from that moment I set out to learn and grow in this art. I have had the opportunity to study with the best cake decorators. It has become a passion.
Now I have been teaching cake decoration for 11 years in several countries: the United States, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Panama, Puerto Rico, Spain and Nigeria. In the last 5 years I have been invited as a jury in different international Cake events. Now I am also Ices approved Teacher.
