My name is Stefanie Noé, I'm 29 years old and I'm from the small village called St. Julian in germany. By profession I am graduated in chemistry; which is completely different in opposite to my passion. I love to bake and decorate cakes for my life.
During my semester in Scotland 2009, I was right by my bus stop to the university a motive cake shop in Edinburgh. I was immediately impressed by a two-tier Louis Vuitton suitcase wedding cake and I promised my sister if she marries again, I bake this cake her. Meanwhile, a few years have passed, my studies I have finished, Scotland unfortunately I have not visited since then, but my sister got married and got a wonderful four-tier (well, not Louis Vuitton cake) baked wedding cake from me.
For I have explained to me the end of 2009 with the cake decoration art and already tried in many cakes.
I am trying to combine traditional baking with the modern decorative art. Recipes from my Grandma covered with fondant. Delicious and good looking.
I discover every day how versatile can be my hobby colorful and crazy. Cakes can make people happy, they can put a smile on a person's face. And the best part is that such a small handmade gift does not have to be stored or exchanged in the cabinet, it can simply be eaten!
