Che Yan

Hi everyone, my name is Che Yan and i am from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I love baking. I started my cake biz in 1990 but had to take a 15-year break later on to focus on my kids. Now that they are all in universities i was free to resume my hobby cum biz. This is my 2nd year but after such a long break i felt i have missed a lot and looking at all your cakes in this CakeDecor site i realized i have sooo much to learn and catch up on. My daily orders are for creamed cakes and cupcakes and creampuffs. I rarely do fondant-covered cakes because i prefer the look and smell of luscious creamed cakes and ganache, although i often had to stop myself from practically gawking at all the beautiful cakes made here.
