I am a home baker in Kentucky but due to our Cottage food laws I can not charge for my cakes. So i get to pick and choose who and what i do since its not a business and well i can only charge a smile :) I love cake decorating and love learning new techniques. When it comes to cakes I am a sponge however I DONT DO FLOWERS God gave us silk for a reason.
