I am a trained confectionery, who moved through the ranks in the kitchen over the years into a head pastry chef position.
I moved to Australia in September 2011 and turned my attention to being a dedicated cake maker. Even though I have made some cakes over the years, I have only been making Cakes on a day to day basis, 4 years. My Pastry Chef experience spans over 20 years’ experie
nce in 5star hotels and VIP restaurants around London and Prague. Fortunately my skillset is transferable as a Pastry Chef into a Professional Cake Maker.

I started my own Business to make a name for myself in the Caking industry, here in Western Australia and I don't just want to be another Cake maker. Professionalism that has been driven into me over the years of hard work in the Kitchen, will transpire into my Cakes.

I have a council approved kitchen that is compliant with the Australia Food Health Standards and I am a licensed Business.
