Coco Mendez

I'm Owner of Coco's la cereza, better know as Coco Mendez.

I studied graphic design and marketing, and even when I didnt studied gastronómics at all I started 9 yers ago with this as my hobby because one of my daughters was born with clubfoot, so in order to have something to do and help at home with the bills I started with cupckaes...

Tree yers ago I decided this was my pation and there is nothing else that I want to do, so I began to study hard and take lots of courses to make my tecnique better.

Last year I was admitted to participate in Cake and Bake Masters.

Now a days I’m studing with Anna Ruiz and I have my own work shop.

I would love to became one of The greatest sugar flowers and cake designers!!
