I have always had a very keen interest in food from a very early age. Winning a national competition during my apprenticeship with then Trust House Forte Hotels, for design and flare in food presentation and then being able to showcase my work for Estée Lauder Perfumes during their launch of ‘Beautiful’.
I studied and became a qualified Chef including an extended course in patisserie with attached food safety and food science nutrition knowledge and certification.
I enjoy my show stopping cake designs, I am also registered with an exceptional high score with my local authority and the Food Standards Agency. I am also a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild.
I enjoy working from home as I raise my two daughters with my wonderful supporting husband David.
