I discovered cake decorating 8 years ago.
After passing my Pastry chef diploma in my home country, France, and being unable to set up shop, i worked in different areas of cake decorating: fairs, magazines, blog, online retailer.
I was also lucky to be able to create a collective if amazing french cake artists: we created show pieces for multiples cake shows including Cake International and we won a Cake Masters Award for a showpiece created for the cake show Expogato.
I was also lucky to go to the 2017 Cake Design World Championship in Milan as a coach and a judge.
After more than a year away from cake decorating, i am back to making cakes, learning new and old techniques, rediscovering my passion and having fun :)
