I'm a self taught Cake Maker, baking and decorating since June 2011. I discovered my love for cake making whilst, very randomly I must say, deciding to make my partner a cake for his 25th Birthday, made a two tiered Batman cake complete with City Skyline and I was soooo pleased with the outcome, the feedback I recieved was absolutely wonderful and lots of people told me I should do something about my new found talent. I've since built a very small side business in little over a year and look forward to what lies ahead in the future, my cakes may not be as perfect as i want them to be but that should come with practice.
