I am just a home baker who is in charge of all the neighborhood and family baking. Up until recently I just baked cakes and slapped some canned frosting on them and called them done but now I am learning to really decorate cakes so seeing what the pros and advanced decorators do is so much help. I have taken the 4 Wilton courses at a craft store and that gave me a big starting place but nothing like what I have seen on the web. People on this site are so generous with their time and knowledge.
