I am a self taught hobby baker with a chef background.
My first real fondant cake was for my daughter's second birthday in the middle of Christmas and New Years 2011 in the biggest heat wave we have had in years! It was fun took hours my kitchen was a huge mess and I had hot pink colored hands for days afterwards! Pure bliss and the start of my sugar cake crazed addiction!
I have now opened my own little registered kitchen in New Zealand, I have learnt so much from online tutorials and would like to thank everyone who has been generous enough to share.
