Hi, I'm Xanthe. When I started making cakes in 2010, I had no background in baking whatsoever. I decided to make cakes after I got married last 2010 because of our wedding cake. It was supposed to reflect me and my husband's profession as Architects but I wasn't really contented with the way it was executed, for me it wasn't worth what we paid for and I thought to myself I can do this, why not learn this "fondant" & "baking" stuff so I just enrolled in crash courses on baking cupcakes, cakes, etc. and attended basic fondant and gumpaste classes. I'm still on the process of learning new things and still need to learn more! :) Hope you enjoy my cakes ;)
